REFUND, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
REFUNDS
For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. All shipping and handling charges will be refunded as long as the product is in its original condition. We will process your refund within 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.
EXCHANGES
We will exchange your order for a different size, style, or color. You must process your return and place a new order for the merchandise you would like to exchange your items. We recommend creating a new order for the merchandise you would like to exchange your items for as this ensures that the replacement items are in stock and available. The returned items will be processed as a refund on the original payment method.
WHAT DO WE CONSIDER “NEW” CONDITION?
Any product which has been worn outside, or on a ride is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to test your products indoors before wearing them on a ride.
RETURN SHIPPING:
To keep things simple, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. You can print this label from any home computer and affix it to the box. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
WARRANTY:
AXIZ MOTO GEAR provides a one-year warranty on all items purchased from the company. This covers defects in materials or workmanship, such as defective seams or broken zippers. The warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes or exposure to heat sources. Items will only be replaced if they cannot be repaired; they will not be replaced with new items.
Note: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, so please make sure to keep your receipt in a safe place!
Items typically not covered by warranty:
- Failures or damage due to crashing
- Contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes
- Cuts by sharp objects
- Fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods.
